Issuer: Workers Welfare Higher Secondary School (Girls), Labour Colony, Defence Road, Lahore (under Punjab Labour & Human Resource Department / Workers Welfare Fund). Eligibility & mandatory conditions:

- Financially sound, experienced, Income Tax registered firms/companies may bid.
- Bidding will be conducted online via the Punjab e-Procurement / E-PADS system; manual bids will not be accepted.
- Vehicles offered must be model 2015 or later (documentary evidence required).
- “One student per seat” policy will be observed.
- Earnest money: Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equivalent to 2% of the estimated contract cost in favour of the Principal. The original physical CDR must be submitted to the school office before the e-bid closing time; failure to provide the original CDR will result in rejection.
- The “Single Stage Two Envelopes” bidding procedure will be followed (technical envelope first; financial envelope of technically compliant bidders to be opened later).
- All bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement (E-PADS) portal to participate.
