PIMPD Tender: Supply of Food, Stationery & Consumables (Two Lots) — Submission by 2026-07-14

Punjab Institute of Management & Professional Development (PIMPD), an attached department of the Management & Professional Development Department (MPDD), Government of the Punjab, invites sealed e-bids for supply of food items, other consumables and stationery under Framework Contract for one year as per PPRA Rules 2014.

Key requirements & submission details

- Eligible bidders must have valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration and an active NTN; active taxpayer status with FBR is required.

- Procurement will be under a Framework Contract as per PPRA Rules 2014 (Section 15) for one year after issuance of Purchase Order.

- Punjab Food Regulations 2018 apply for measuring quality of food items. Punjab Food Authority certificate is mandatory for food-related supplies.

- Bid security (2%) in the shape of CDR in favor of Deputy Director (Admin.), PIMPD must be attached with each bid. Bids must remain valid for 90 days after opening. Conditional bids will be rejected.

- Submission deadline: 2026-07-14 (Tuesday) at 12:00 pm. Electronic opening on E-PADs: 2026-07-14 (Tuesday) at 12:30 pm.

- Bids must be submitted as per bidding documents; nonconforming submissions will be rejected. The procuring agency may reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014.

- Bidding documents are available from the office of Deputy Director (Admin.), PIMPD (an attached department of MPDD), J-Street, Upper Mall Scheme, Lahore, and can be downloaded from http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the e-procurement (E-PADs) portal.
