E-Tender: Off-Grid Hybrid Solar Power Systems for District Courts, Khushab

Issuer: District & Sessions Judge / Chairman District Development Committee, Khushab. E-tenders are invited for supply, installation and commissioning of off-grid hybrid solar power systems for judicial offices in District Khushab under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Key participation requirements:

- Contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) and meet relevant category/registration requirements of the Punjab Engineering Council (PEC) where applicable.

- Bidding procedure: Single Stage, Two Envelope as per Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Technical and Financial proposals must be uploaded on the e-procurement portal. Financial proposals of technically disqualified bidders will remain unopened.

- Bid security: Scanned copy of CDR equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be uploaded with the online bid. The original CDR on bank letterhead must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee in Khushab by the bid opening (time stated in the bidding documents). CDR must be in favour of District & Sessions Judge, Khushab.

- Contractors should follow e-tendering registration and submission procedures on the Punjab e-Procurement website. Technical evaluation will be done per the evaluation criteria in the bidding documents and the PPRA rules. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per rules.
