Deposit fee through pay order or online transfer in favor of PAF Hospital Faisal Karachi (HBL PAF Shahrah-e-Faisal Karachi). Completed application with original bank paid challan/receipt must reach Officer Commanding, PAF Hospital Faisal, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi between 2026-06-28 and 2026-07-04.
Selection process and test schedule: A written test will be conducted at PAF Hospital Faisal; only shortlisted candidates called for interviews. Candidates must mention a mobile number in the application. No TA/DA admissible. Candidates seeking change of institute must submit NOC from previous institute/supervisor.
