IESCO Tender — Supply of 15 kV XLPE 240 sq. mm Single-Core Power Cable for Islamabad Regional Stores

Issuer: Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO). IESCO invites e-bids for supply of specified power cable material under ICB for the year 2026-27 for delivery to IESCO Regional Stores, Islamabad.

- Only e-bids are acceptable. Interested bidders must apply through the E-PADs v2.0 (e-procurement) portal.

- Tender submission: Tenders will be received up to 10:30 AM on 2026-09-08; bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same date in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

- Tender opening procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope basis under International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedure.

- Bid validity: 180 days.

- Bid security: 2% of the bid value to be submitted as original bank guarantee/guarantee in the form and amount specified in the bidding documents.
