Issuer: National Highway Authority (Finance Wing - Revenue Directorate). NHA invites open auction bids for Operation, Maintenance & Management (OM&M) contracts of listed toll plazas on National Highways and collection of toll monthly revenue (along with applicable tax) for the period ending 30.06.2027. Eligible bidders include individuals, firms or companies holding a valid NTN and not blacklisted; bidders with ongoing arbitration are eligible.
Pre-Auction Meeting: June 22, 2026 at 1100 hours in NHA HQ auditorium. Bidding documents and detailed terms & conditions can be obtained from the NHA website. Earnest money (EMD) amounts and Net Monthly Reserve Prices for each plaza are stated below (in PKR).
