PESCO Invitation to E-Bid: Shifting/Refitting of Single- & Three-Phase Energy Meters in D.I. Khan & Swat Circles

Issuer: Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO). PESCO invites e-bids on EPADS v2.0 for hiring contractors to shift/refit single-phase and three-phase energy meters mounted outside domestic premises, markets, plazas and commercial shops.

Key instructions: E-bids must be submitted via the Pakistan e-Procurement & Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 if not already registered.

Bid security: As specified in the bidding document (Call Deposit / Bank Guarantee) issued by any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of CEO PESCO, Peshawar. The original bid security along with a covering letter must also be submitted in a sealed envelope to Room No. 310, MM Directorate, PESCO H/Q, Shami Road, Peshawar before the bid closing time; failure to do so will render the bid non-responsive.

Deadline & opening: E-bids must be submitted on or before Monday, 2026-07-06 at 10:00 AM. E-bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM via EPADS v2.0.

Other conditions: Conditional, partial or incomplete bids, and bids not accompanied by the sealed original CDR/Bank Guarantee as bid security, will be rejected. A Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified per Public Procurement Rules. PESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids per PPRA Rule 33(1).
