TEVTA / Govt. College of Technology Kamalia — E-Bid: Procurement & Installation of Solar System

Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) invites e-bids for the procurement and installation of a solar system for Govt. College of Technology, Kamalia under a Single-Stage Two-Envelope national competitive procedure. Eligible bidders are active taxpayers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities.

Key submission and eligibility details:

- Bidding documents are available free of cost on the e-PADS portal and the Punjab PPRA website: https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk.

- Encrypted electronic bids must be uploaded on the e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) portal by 10:30 AM on 2026-07-13. Electronic bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on 2026-07-13.

- The original bid security (in the shape of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft) in favor of the Principal, Govt. College of Technology, Kamalia must be submitted physically to the college address before the closing date/time of e-bid submission. E-bids submitted through e-PADS without the physical original bid security will not be entertained.

- Bidders are responsible for timely uploading of their e-bids; TEVTA will not be responsible for portal issues. Item-wise rates will not be accepted; only an accumulative rate for the whole tender will be considered.
