District & Sessions Judge, Jhang invites electronic bids from well-reputed and financially sound firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, PRA and Pakistan Engineering Council for supply and installation of off-grid hybrid solar systems for courts (solarization of courts).

Submission, eligibility and other instructions:
- Bidding documents may be downloaded from the Court website (https://jhang.dhc.lhc.gov.pk/) and the PPRA/e-PADS portals. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS.
- Deadline for submission of e-bids: 2026-07-09 at 12:30 PM. Bids will be opened same day at 01:00 PM (if a public holiday, the next working day will be considered).
- Bids must be submitted under the Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. All rates should be inclusive of applicable taxes (GST/PST/PRA/IT etc.) and valid for 60 days.
- Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Pay Order in favor of the District & Sessions Judge, Jhang. Original bid security must reach the office before bid submission deadline; failure to do so will disqualify the bidder. The successful bidder will deposit an additional amount equivalent to 10% of the contract value as Performance Guarantee.
