Key submission and procurement instructions:
- Tender documents and bidding specifications are available from the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Darya Khan between 08:00 AM and 04:00 PM on working days.
- Bidders must submit original bid security (2% of the estimated price for each lot) as CDR in the office of the Procurement Officer, THQ Hospital Darya Khan, District Bhakkar, before the closing time. Late bid security will be rejected.
- Bids shall be uploaded on the e-procurement system (ePADS). Deadline for online submission: 11:30 AM on 2026-06-30. Bids will be opened at 12:00 noon on 2026-06-30 at the office of the Medical Superintendent.
- Procurement will follow PPRA rules (2014) as amended. Applicable taxes (NTN and Sales Tax) will be deducted as per government rules.
