Bank Alfalah Invites Sealed Bids for Sale of Old/Used Assets — Generator Sets & Cash Sorting Machines

Issuer: Bank Alfalah. Sealed bids are invited for the purchase of the Bank's old and used assets/items on a lump-sum lot basis and on an "as is where is" basis. The Bank's prescribed Bid Submission Form contains full details of locations and equipment.

Inspection Period: 2026-06-08 to 2026-06-12, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM at the respective locations.

Key conditions:

• Bids must be submitted on the Bank's prescribed Bid Submission Form, which is available free of cost.
• Bidders must submit a Pay Order (PO), Demand Draft (DD), or Banker’s Cheque (BC) equal to 20% of the bid amount as Bid Security/Earnest Money along with the Bid Submission Form. Bid Security/Earnest Money will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders.
• Bid amounts must be quoted exclusive of any tax deductions. Advance tax and other levies will be applied as per applicable Government regulations.
• The assets/items are sold on an "as is where is" basis. The Bank provides no warranty, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and disclaims liability regarding quality, condition, performance, or suitability.
• The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel the invitation at any time without assigning any reason.
