Municipal Committee Choa Saiden Shah (Client / Procuring Agency) invites e-bids from Contractors / Firms / Companies registered on e-PADS, FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), having Active Filer status (NTN & PNTN), along with other mandatory documents in accordance with the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted on or before 2026-07-21 by 11:25 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:55 AM.
Key procurement rules & procedure: Single Stage — One Envelope bidding procedure. Bids submitted only through e-PADS (PDF upload). Hard copies of bids will not be accepted except for bid security. Bid validity: 120 days from the date of opening. Punjab Procurement Regulations-2024 and PPRA Rules-2014 govern procurement. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids with recorded reasons.
Bid security & submission of originals: 5% of the estimated cost as bid security in the shape of CDR / Pay Order / Demand Draft / Banker’s Cheque (Insurance Bond not accepted). The bid security must be submitted in hard copy to the Office of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Choa Saiden Shah by 11:00 AM on the bid closing date. Bid security deposited by unsuccessful bidders will be returned; bid security of a successful bidder will be retained as per terms. Fake, forged or misleading information/documents will lead to disqualification and disciplinary action.
