Issuer: National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan. NAVTTC invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible training partners to deliver free High-Tech IT training under the Prime Minister's Youth Skill Development Program (PMYSDP) Batch-III with international certifications.
Purpose: Select NAVTTC-registered academies/institutes or vendor partners to run internationally certified IT training programs across multiple high-tech trades. Preferred partners include IT institutes and software houses. Only NAVTTC registered institutes will be entertained.

Eligibility & Key Requirements:
- Only NAVTTC registered institutes/academies will be considered. No joint ventures (JVs) allowed.
- IT institutes and software houses are preferred as training partners.
- Provision of CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory.
- Principal / Vendor Partner (Academies/Institutes) model acceptable.
- Institutes that did not perform satisfactorily in International Certifications (Batch II) will not be entertained.
