Central Military Engineer Services (CMES) (Army) Rawalpindi-II invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors/firms for subsequent issuance of tenders for a range of works and supplies within the Area of Responsibility (AOR) of CMES Rawalpindi-II.

Scope / Name of Works Construction, repair, minor works, maintenance, provisional/technical/civil/ducting (Provn/TC/DC) of miscellaneous buildings; bazar supply of B&R and E&M items; and appointment of auctioneer in the AOR of CMES (Army) Rawalpindi-II.
Submission / Closing Time Tender documents/applications must be received in the accepting office by 11:30 hrs (time shown). Exact closing date as published in the notice.
Opening Time Tenders will be opened at 12:00 hrs on the same date as closing.
Eligibility & Requirements
  • Contractors must submit complete credentials as required (see serial 8 of original notice).
  • Must certify they are not involved in litigation with any Government Department and that no adverse report from the Director Inspection & Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them.
  • Must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and provide a copy of PEC registration; contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible.
  • Contractors on approved MES lists in categories 'A', 'B', 'C' or 'D' with relevant experience should apply.
Other Notes
  • Contractors may be present at the time of tender opening.
  • The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders; rejected tenders will be dealt with as per Para 33(i) of PPRA Rules.
