Pakistan Tobacco Company – Letter of Intent for Rent-A-Car Services (LOI #Y26/ROC/CCRS/05)

Pakistan Tobacco Company Limited (PTC) invites interested parties to submit a Letter of Intent for corporate rent-a-car services for miscellaneous travel by employees and/or guests. Services are required for travel within and between Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Multan, Jhelum, Akora Khattak and other major cities of Pakistan.

Key requirements and documents to be submitted with the Letter of Intent:

• Letter of Intent on company letterhead bearing the tender number.
• Entity profile with management team and experience, list of services provided and years of experience.
• Legal status documentation (e.g., Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum & Articles), registered address and contact details.
• Profile of the entity showing area of expertise, list of vehicles and their age/condition, and list of professional staff along with CVs and relevant certificates.
• List of clients, project references and client contact details for the last 3–5 years.
• Financial documents: audited accounts for the last 3 years, income tax return statements, bank statements/financial soundness evidence.
• Registration documents: NTN, GST, EOBI registration and relevant certificates.
• Undertaking that the firm is not blacklisted by any government authority and compliance with applicable laws, PTC policies and supplier code of conduct.

Pre-requisites: proven experience of working with multinational firms/companies, adequate fleet and trained staff, reliable operation and compliance with Pakistani laws. PTC reserves the right to accept or reject any Letter of Intent without assigning any reason. Late submissions after the stated deadline will not be considered.
