Tender – Hiring of Firm for Rental of Vehicles | Environment Protection & Climate Change Dept, Punjab

Issuer: Project Director, Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU), Environment Protection & Climate Change Department, Government of the Punjab.

Purpose: Sealed technical and financial e-bids are invited for the hiring of a firm for rental of vehicles. Bids are sought only from well-reputed national/local companies, firms or contractors registered on ePADS and with relevant tax/registration authorities. Joint Venture/Consortiums are allowed.

How to obtain documents: Bidders may view and download the Bidding Document from the PPRA Punjab website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the E-PAD website (punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) free of cost. Bidding document is available after publication of the advertisement.

Submission method: Sealed e-bids (technical & financial) must be submitted through ePADS as per bidding document. Single-stage two-envelope procedure will be adopted in accordance with Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 (as amended). Bidders must upload required documents on ePADS and also submit the hard copy of the financial instrument for bid security as described below.

Bid security: Must be submitted as CDR / Demand Draft / Pay Order / Bank Guarantee. The original hard copy of the financial instrument must be delivered in addition to the scanned copy uploaded at ePADS, in favour of the Project Director, Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit, Environment Protection & Climate Change Department.

Opening: Bids will be opened on the date and time specified in the bidding documents in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.
