Tender: Hiring of Firm for Rental of Vehicles — Environment Protection & Climate Change Department, Punjab

Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU), Environment Protection & Climate Change Department, Government of the Punjab invites sealed e-bids (technical & financial) for hiring of a firm for rental of vehicles from reputable national/local companies, firms or contractors registered with relevant authorities and tax departments. Joint ventures/consortiums are allowed.

Key conditions:

• Bid validity: 120 days.
• Procurement through e-Procurement system (EPADS / eproc.punjab.gov.pk / epproc.punjab.gov.pk).
• Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost. A scanned copy must be uploaded on EPADS and the hard copy of the financial instrument (CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee) must also be submitted as required in the bidding documents.
• Partial or conditional bids and quotations not covering all services will be disqualified.
• Single-stage two-envelope procedure will be adopted in accordance with Punjab PPRA Rules (Rule 38, Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 as amended).
