IDAP invites pre-qualification (PQ) proposals from eligible general contractors under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) framework for external works at the Nawaz Sharif Medical District — Institute of Surgical, Orthopedic & Medical Rehabilitation, Lahore.
Scope: External works including surface parking facilities, emergency and public vehicular circulation roads, landscaped green areas, pedestrian pathways, seating areas, bicycle parking stands, utility infrastructure, and supporting public amenities to ensure a safe, accessible, and efficient healthcare environment within the medical district.
