Eligibility & requirements:

• Only reputable firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with valid NTN and appropriate PEC registration/category are eligible.
• Bidding documents available only on PPRA and EPADS v2.0 portals; no hard copies will be issued.
• Vendors must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate; manual submissions will not be entertained.
• Bid security: 2% of estimated cost to be submitted as Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favour of Cantonment Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantonment Board. A scanned copy of the CDR must be uploaded with the e-bid; the original CDR must be submitted prior to bid opening.
• Firms blacklisted by any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization will not be eligible.

Procurement method: Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage One Envelope Procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules (including Rule 36(a) and Rule 48 provisions for Grievance Redressal Committee).
