GMMH Lahore Tender: Framework Contract for Clinical Laboratory Supplies (FY 2026-27)

Government Mian Meer Hospital (GMMH), Lahore invites lot-wise e-bids via the Punjab E-Procurement (EP.Punjab) system for a Framework Rate Contract to supply clinical laboratory items for FY 2026-27, including rapid diagnostic kits, lab consumables (mails, racks, cups), chemistry analyzer reagents, HbA1c testing reagents and hematology reagents. The procurement is open competitive on a single-stage, two-envelope basis; estimated grand total Rs 14.9 Million and bid security is 2%.

Bidders must have valid NTN, GST, PST, Professional Tax, be active taxpayers, not blacklisted and legally authorized to operate in Punjab. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-07-20 at 11:00 am in the GMMH Committee Room. Bids must be submitted through EP.Punjab and will be opened in the GMMH Committee Room on 2026-07-31.
