Health & Population Department Punjab Invites E-Bids for Framework Procurement of Medicines, Devices and Services FY 2026-27

Health & Population Department, Government of the Punjab invites electronic bids for a framework contract for procurement of various drugs, medicines, medical devices, goods and services for procuring agencies under its administrative control for FY 2026-27. Bidding documents and specifications are available for free on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority and Directorate General Health Services, Punjab websites.

Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage-Two Envelopes procedure. Submission deadline: 2026-03-04 11:00 AM. Original bid security in favor of Directorate General Health Services Punjab (Bank Guarantee/CDR/Pay Order/Bank Draft/Call Deposit) must be delivered physically to Procurement Cell / Purchase Cell, Directorate General Health Services Punjab, 24-Cooper Road, Lahore. Bid opening will follow as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended).
