CDA E-Bidding: Repair & Renovation of House No.5, Street No.98, Sector G-11/3, Islamabad

Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Maintenance Division No. III (SB). Invitation for e-bids for repair and renovation works under CDA project code CE-01 for FY 2025-26. Only firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 or above (valid for the stated project code/year) are eligible.

Key submission and eligibility information:

- Bidding will be conducted through CDA's e-bidding / PPRA e-procurement platforms (e-bidding). Bidding documents are available online on the CDA/PPRA portals.

- Eligible bidders: Firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with valid Registration Certificate Category C-6 or above and project code CE-01 for FY 2025-26, as specified in the bidding documents.

- Earnest money: Submit Bid Security / Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in favour of Director Maintenance-III (SB), CDA. A scanned copy must be uploaded as required by the e-bidding process; originals should be available as per bid conditions.

- Bids will be received and opened on the dates/times shown above in the presence of bidders' authorized representatives. Late or conditional bids will not be accepted.
