Auction Notice: Cattle Piri Fee Collection Rights — Union Committee No.160 Qasimabad, Hyderabad

Office of Union Committee No.160 TMC Qasimabad Hyderabad invites open auction bids for the recovery/collection rights of the Cattle Piri Fee for the financial year 2026-27 (01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027). The auction will be held at the office of the Chairman, Union Committee No.160 TMC Qasimabad (Baig Mart, Hatri Bypass, Hyderabad).

Auction attempt dates:

• 1st Attempt: 2026-06-24
• 2nd Attempt: 2026-06-27
• 3rd Attempt: 2026-06-29

Security deposit and eligibility: Participants must deposit 2% of the official bid amount as security in the shape of a Call Receipt in favour of Union Committee No.160 TMC Qasimabad. Bidders must produce their Income Tax Registration Certificate and SRB certificate with CNIC. In the case of firms, submit authorization letter, Income Tax Registration, partnership deed, and other relevant documents such as solvency certificate or bank guarantee of equal value. An affidavit confirming that the participant is not blacklisted or a defaulter and that provided information is true is required.
