Power Planning & Monitoring Company (PPMC) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) to create a consultant pool of national and international professionals for short-term and project-based assignments to support planning, development and monitoring of the power sector. Consultants will be engaged across technical, policy and regulatory areas to support strategy, design, standards, digital infrastructure, market reforms, finance, and transmission & distribution planning.
Key scope areas (select specialists):

| Renewable Energy Integration & DSM through Advanced Digital Infrastructure | Integrate DERs (solar, storage, EVs) into distribution grid, SCADA/EMS/DMS/AMPS, grid control, digital infrastructure, cybersecurity and data governance. |
| Policy, Regulatory Affairs & Market Reforms | Develop policy/regulatory frameworks, market reform studies, tariff/market assessments and stakeholder consultations. |
| Economics, Finance & Risk Management | Design financing instruments, PPP frameworks, feasibility and financial models, economic evaluations and risk assessments. |
| Transmission & Distribution Infrastructure Planning | Transmission network planning, load flow and stability studies, network expansion and reinforcement planning, asset performance and demand forecasting. |
Engagement model & eligibility highlights
Consultants will be engaged for specific assignments and paid according to category. Applicants must have relevant qualifications and experience for the chosen thematic area. Shortlisting will be based on CVs, qualifications and prior experience; selected consultants will be invited for interviews or technical discussions as required.
