• Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 using Single Stage–Two Envelope (Open Competitive Bidding) procedure.
• Only registered firms/partnerships/proprietorships/companies are eligible to bid; relevant tax/GST registration and experience requirements apply.
• Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft in favour of Medical Superintendent, THQ Level Hospital Chowk Azam. The instrument must be issued by Bank of Punjab as specified.
