Who may respond: Any natural or legal person, bank, financial institution, authority or governmental department having any claim, objection, right, title, interest, charge, lien, litigation, court order, mortgage, dispute or any beneficial interest in respect of the above property or any part thereof.

How to submit a claim: Make the claim known in writing with documentary evidence to the Legal & Corporate Affairs Department at Bestway Cement Limited's registered office: 19-A, College Road, F-7 Markaz, Islamabad, Pakistan.
