e-Auction (e-PADS 2.0) for disposal of Poly Granules, Poly Bags and Shopping Bags. Interested bidders must submit electronic bids via e-PADS 2.0 within the published window. Quoted prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, levies and charges.

Total lots and quantities as listed above. Bidders must bid on a lot-wise basis for the complete quantity of each lot; partial/individual item bids within a lot will be treated as non-responsive. The highest responsive bidder for each lot will be awarded the lot.

- Submission method: Electronic bids only through e-PADS 2.0.

- Bidding window: From 2026-06-25 up to 09:00 AM on 2026-07-15. Bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on 2026-07-15.

- Bid security: As shown per lot (2% of reserved price). Bid security must be furnished as required in the auction terms.

- Eligibility: Any Pakistani citizen with a valid CNIC issued by NADRA and, where applicable, valid NTN and Sales Tax registration may participate. Government employees and defaulters of any Government Department are not eligible. Companies/firms may participate through authorized representatives.

- Documentation: Participants must submit required documents (CNIC, NTN/Sales Tax where applicable) and the prescribed affidavits/declarations as per auction terms.

- Payment & lifting: The successful bidder is responsible for 100% payment and removal/lifting of awarded material from designated locations within thirty (30) days of issuance of award. Loading, transportation, handling and related expenses shall be borne by the successful bidder.
