Submission and eligibility summary:

- Issuer: Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company, Sahiwal Division (PCMMDC Sahiwal).
- Eligible bidders: Companies/firms registered on the Punjab e-PADS portal.
- Submission method: E-Bids via E-PADS/e-procurement portal only; any other means will be rejected.
- Bid security: 5% of the estimated price in the form of Pay Order or CDR in favor of “Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company Sahiwal Division”.
- Financial proposal must be inclusive of all applicable taxes.
- Bid validity: 90 days from last date of submission.
