Tender: Cleanliness Services for Model Cattle Markets Chichawatni & Arifwala — PCMMDC Sahiwal

Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company (PCMMDC) Sahiwal Division invites sealed Technical & Financial proposals (Single-Stage-Two-Envelope) from registered companies/firms for the cleanliness of Model Cattle Market Chichawatni, Model Cattle Market Arifwala and Divisional Office.

Eligibility & submission:

- Companies/firms registered on e-PADS are eligible to participate. Bids submitted only through the E-PAD Portal will be accepted; submissions by any other means will be rejected.

- E-Bids will be closed on 2026-06-29 at 11:00 AM and opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.

- Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated price must be furnished in the form of Pay Order or CDR in favor of "Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company Sahiwal Division". The bid security of the successful bidder will be retained as performance security/guarantee and returned upon successful completion of the contract.

- Financial proposals must be inclusive of all applicable taxes. The bid validity period is 90 days from the last date for submission.
