Key requirements and instructions:
- Eligible bidders must be reputable firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with valid registration in the relevant category and Project Codes CE-01 & CE-10 for the year 2026-27.
- Electronic Bidding Documents with detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available to registered bidders on E-PADS (http://eprocure.gov.pk) and at www.ppra.org.pk.
- Bids must be submitted online through E-PADS strictly in accordance with bidding documents. Manual bids will not be accepted.
- Bid Security: Pay Order / CDR in favor of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA. Scanned copy of the Bid Security must be uploaded on E-PADS in PDF; original must be provided on or before submission of respective bids to the office of Director (P&CA-I), CDA.
- Submission deadline: On or before 2026-07-13 at 10:00 AM. Electronic technical bids will be opened publicly the same day at 11:00 AM at the office of Director (P&CA-I), Room No. 29, Block II, P&C Wing, CDA Secretariat, Sector G-7/4, Islamabad.
- A Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) notification under Rule-48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004 is available on E-PADS.
