Invitation for Bids — THQ Level Hospital Chowk Azam Framework Supply 2026-27

Office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Level Hospital Chowk Azam (Department of Health & Population) invites sealed bids for framework contracts for supply of goods and services for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible firms registered with relevant authorities (EPDAs/E-procurement), GST/PST and income tax filers, registered partnerships, proprietorships, firms and companies may apply through the e-procurement system as specified below.

Submission instructions and key conditions:

• Bidding procedure: Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage–Two Envelope) as per PPRA Rules (PPRA 2014) and related amendments.
• Bidding documents and detailed specifications are available on the E-PADs / PPRA e-procurement portal and can be downloaded until the bid closing time/date.
• A bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost (as shown below) must accompany each bid in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of the Medical Superintendent THQ Level Hospital Chowk Azam, issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan.
• Performance guarantee of 5% of estimated contract value will be required from the successful bidder as specified in bidding documents; to be furnished in the approved shape and as instructed.
• Only bids submitted through the e-procurement system (E-PADs) will be considered. Physical bids may be subject to the listed submission rules in the bidding documents.
