E-Tender: Supply & Installation of 31 Off-Grid Hybrid Solar Systems — District & Sessions Judge Narowal

Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Narowal invites e-bids from reputed firms/contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) (relevant category) and duly registered with Sales Tax / Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Department for procurement and complete installation of hybrid (off-grid) solar systems for Sessions Courts, District Narowal for the Financial Year 2025-2026.

Important submission details:

- Submission platform: e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (ePADS).
- Closing date & time: 2026-07-09 at 12:00 Noon.
- Bidding procedure: Open e-tendering under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Single-stage two-envelope procedure as applicable.

Eligibility & bid requirements:

- Firms/contractors must be registered with PEC in the relevant category and hold valid Sales/Income Tax registration and registration with Punjab Sales Tax Department where applicable.
- Bidders must submit 5% bid security (as specified above) in the shape of CDR issued by a scheduled bank.
- Bid validity: 120 days from opening.
- Successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Guarantee (as per terms) — typically 10% of contract value — and comply with tax deductions and other statutory liabilities.

- Bidding documents and detailed terms are available on the ePADS portal and via PPRA/Eprocurement links as per rules. The procuring authority reserves the right to increase/decrease quantities or reject any/all bids under PPRA Rules.
