Punjab Building Department E-Tenders — Buildings Division Sargodha (Closing 2024-07-22)

Issuer: Executive Engineer, Buildings Division, Sargodha (Superintending Engineer, Buildings Circle Sargodha).

Purpose: e-Tenders are invited from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered engineering firms/contractors for construction works on schedule of rates under PPRA e-tendering rules. Firms must be registered on the Punjab e-procurement portal and comply with PPRA rules.

Key submission & eligibility requirements:

• Firms/contractors must hold valid PEC registration in the relevant category/code.
• Bidders must upload a scanned Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 5% of the estimated cost (scheduled bank) in the name of Executive Engineer, Buildings Division Sargodha. Original CDR must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee at the office on the date of opening; failure may render the bid non-responsive.
• Successful bidder will furnish 10% performance guarantee (CDR/Bank Guarantee) within 15 days of acceptance as per PPRA rules.
• No conditional bids will be accepted. Bidders providing false information or fake CDRs will be disqualified and reported to PEC/PPRA.
• Registration or procedural information available on Punjab procurement portal.
• All grievances to be addressed to the constituted Grievance Redressal Committee per departmental notification.

Bids will be retrieved and opened at the office of the Commissioner Sargodha Division on 2024-07-22: bidders to attend at 11:00 AM; opening/announcement at 11:30 AM.
