| Non-Blacklisting Affidavit | Affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming firm is not in litigation or blacklisted by any client |
All proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes by the deadline. CPSP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications as per law without assigning any reason.
