Independent System & Market Operator (ISMO) of Pakistan (Guarantee) Limited invites applications from dynamic, qualified and experienced professionals on a contract basis for senior leadership positions.

Position	Key Functions & Responsibilities	Essential Qualifications & Experience
Company Secretary	Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SECP regulations and corporate laws; act as Secretary to the Board and its Committees; prepare meeting agendas, minutes and follow-up on decisions. Maintain statutory books, registers and corporate records; ensure timely filing with SECP and other regulatory authorities. Advise Board and management on corporate governance, regulatory compliance and legal matters; facilitate coordination among Board, management, shareholders and regulators.	Member of a recognized body of professional accountants OR member of a recognized body of corporate/chartered secretaries OR master's degree in business, finance, commerce or law from an HEC-recognized university. Minimum 20 years of post-qualification relevant experience, including at least 5 years in senior management or executive-level roles with expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance and company secretarial functions. Must meet ISMO's Fit & Proper criteria.
Chief Internal Auditor	Evaluate accounting, financial, credit and operational activities as an independent appraisal function; review soundness and adequacy of accounting and operational controls. Formulate internal audit programs and lead audits of financial transactions; develop and manage an effective audit team; coordinate with Audit Committee and external auditors. Undertake special audits and investigations as directed by the Board Audit Committee and Board of Directors; evaluate design and effectiveness of compliance functions.	Member of a recognized body of professional accountants (qualifying CA/CPA/ACMA/ACCA) OR MBA (Finance) from a reputed local or international university/institute. Minimum 20 years of post-qualification relevant experience, including at least 5 years in senior management or executive-level roles with demonstrated expertise in auditing, risk management, internal controls and financial compliance—including experience in public/private sectors or SOEs. Must meet ISMO's Fit & Proper criteria.
