| Key Duties & Responsibilities | Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen HR relationships; provide support for HR related BAU activities; assist in implementation of HR initiatives and projects; respond to HR queries; maintain HR database and prepare reports; keep abreast of modern HR practices and market trends; perform other duties as assigned. |
| Employment Type | Contractual for three years (may be renewed at Management's discretion). Selected candidates will be offered a competitive compensation package and other benefits as per Bank policy. |
| Assessment / Selection | Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting eligibility criteria will be invited for test and/or panel interview. No TA/DA admissible for test/interview. |
