Issuer: CMES (Navy) COMCOAST Office, PNS Karsaz, Karachi. Pre-qualification applications are invited for contractors/firms for multiple supply and civil works. Pre-qualification deadline: 29 June 2026 by 1500 hrs. Tenders for pre-qualified firms must be submitted by 06 July 2026 at 1130 hrs and will be opened on 06 July 2026 at 1200 hrs.
Eligibility & mandatory documents:
- Firms on approved MES list 'D' or similar approved lists of Government departments may apply.
- Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration certificate required.
- Bank statement and proof of financial standing with necessary bank certificate.
- Details of staff, tools and plant, and past experience (works executed in last 10 years and works in hand) on the proforma provided; documents to be attested by a Class-1 Gazetted Officer where applicable.
- Contractors not on MES approved lists must deposit earnest money equal to 2% of the quoted value in the form of FDR/Deposit at Call, pledged to CMES (Navy) COMCOAST. Amount refundable if not pre-qualified or not awarded.
- Applicants failing to provide the requested proforma information will not be considered for issue of tenders.
CMES (Navy) COMCOAST reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals at any time without assigning reason.
