Military Engineer Services (CMES Navy) COMCOAST Office at PNS Karsaz, Karachi invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors/firms for a number of works and supplies. Pre-qualification applications will be accepted until 29 June 2026 at 1500 hours. Tenders for the listed works will be issued only to pre-qualified firms and completed tenders must be submitted by 1130 hours on 06 July 2026 (opening at 1200 hours on 06 July 2026).
Key eligibility and submission requirements:
- Firms on MES approved list 'D' or other government departments with relevant experience may apply.
- Contractors must furnish valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration certificate and a bank statement.
- Firms not on the approved MES list must provide proof of appropriate departmental listing, statement of financial standing with bank certificate, details of staff, tools and plants, and previous experience (including details of work executed in the last ten years) as required by the tender.
- Applicants must submit the prescribed proforma information; proposals missing required information will not be considered.
- Tender documents will be issued and further instructions (including earnest money and deposit requirements) are available from CMES (Navy) COMCOAST Office at PNS Karsaz. CMES (Navy) reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per rules.
