REDAMCO Tender — Exclusive 3-Year Selling Rights for Tetra Pack Milk, Yogurt & Tea

Issuer: Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways. REDAMCO invites sealed tenders from firms/vendors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments (and on Active Taxpayers List) for exclusive selling rights on Pakistan Railway network for a three (03) year period for the product categories listed below.

How to obtain bidding documents: Bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from REDAMCO corporate office during working hours or downloaded from www.redamco.com.

Submission requirements: Submit sealed bids for each product category. Each submission must include sealed Technical and Financial bids, clearly marked with the relevant category. Required financial instruments (bid security and any non-refundable processing fee) must be provided in the form of a Bank Draft / Pay Order / CDR in favour of Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt.) Ltd. Bids must be prepared in accordance with the bidding documents and submitted to the REDAMCO office.

Opening: Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. (Opening date/time stated in the notice.)

Other terms: REDAMCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules. The procuring agency may not consider any bid that does not ensure compliance with the terms and conditions in the bidding documents. Competitive bidding (single-stage, single-envelope) procedure applies as per Public Procurement Rules 2004 (amended).
