Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways (State Owned Enterprise), invites sealed tenders from firms/vendors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR for exclusive selling rights for three (03) years on the Pakistan Railway network. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals as specified.

Key details:
- Tender documents with terms & conditions are available for download at www.redamco.com and from REDAMCO during working hours. Bids for each product must be submitted separately in sealed envelopes marked with the corresponding lot.
- A non-refundable processing fee of Rs.20,000 (in shape of Bank Draft/Pay Order/CDR) in favour of Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Limited must accompany bid documents as specified.
- Bids must include the prescribed bid security amount for each lot. Conditional bids and bids without the specified bid security will be rejected. REDAMCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules 2004 and will not be responsible for any bidder costs.
- Procurement will be conducted through Competitive Bidding (Single Stage – Single Envelope) procedure. Bidders should ensure compliance with all terms & conditions in the bidding documents. The procuring entity shall consider the best and final prices; no negotiations are expected.
- Submission & opening: Bids shall be submitted on or before 2026-07-08 by 02:30 PM. Bids will be opened on 2026-07-08 at 03:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
