Delivery location: NRTC, Haripur. Bidders must upload scanned tender documents on ePDAS and submit hard copy sealed bids on the closing date and time at the NRTC Haripur address. Price must show taxes inclusive and exclusive separately. Supplier must be an active taxpayer with tax returns filed up to date. Scanned copy on ePDAS and original sealed documents must be provided; non-compliance may result in cancellation.
Bid security: Rs. 50,000 in the shape of Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of NRTC Haripur. Warranty: standard warranty as applicable. Bid validity: 90 days. NRTC reserves the right to accept/reject any or all tenders prior to acceptance.
Submission deadline: Bids must reach the office by 29 June 2026 at 11:00 hours; bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same day.
