NGC Tender RFP-TL-02-2026: Consultancy for Supervision & Commissioning of 220 kV Transmission Line (Mohmand Dam to Nowshera)

National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) invites bids for consultancy services for construction supervision and allied activities, including verification of contractor's invoices and testing & commissioning of a 220 kV double-circuit twin-bundle transmission line from Mohmand Dam HPP to the existing 220 kV Nowshera Industrial Grid Station (approx. 67 km). Bidding is on the basis of National Competitive Bidding (Single Stage Two Envelope) through e-PADS. Bidding documents are available on NGC's website and e-PADS. Submit bids via e-PADS by 6 August 2026, 11:00 AM PST; technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM PST. NGC reserves rights under Rule-33(1) of the Public Procurement Rules-2004.
