Issuer: National Highway Authority (Central Zone), Government of Pakistan. Re-invitation to e-Bids for balance works of periodic maintenance (structural overlay) at risk & cost of the defaulted contractor on N-5.

Eligibility: Constructors registered with the Income Tax Department, on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and holding a valid PEC license for Financial Year 2025-26 in the required category and specialization.

Procurement method: Single Stage - Two Envelope. Bidding documents available for free download from 2026-06-30 at www.ebidding.nha.gov.pk. Prospective bidders must register on eprocure (www.eprocure.gov.pk) as Manual (hard copy) bids will be eliminated in upcoming procurements.

Submission deadline: e-Bids must reach the address below on or before 2026-07-09 until 1100 Hours. Technical e-Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 Hours.
