Tender: Conservation & Restoration of Gurdwara Sri Panja Sahib and Surroundings, Hassan Abdal (Attock)

Issuer: Government of the Punjab — Walled City of Lahore Authority (WCLA).

WCLA invites bids under a Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure from eligible firms/contractors registered/renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the conservation, restoration and improvement of Gurdwara Sri Panja Sahib and its surroundings in Hassan Abdal, District Attock.

Key instructions:

• Procurement via E-Procurement (EPADS). Tender notice and bidding documents are available on EPADS and PPRA websites.
• Bids must be submitted online on EPADS. Bidders shall upload the PDF bid and also submit the original bid to the procuring agency as required.
• Bidders must provide earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee issued by any scheduled bank in favor of Director General, WCLA Lahore. The original instrument must reach the procuring agency before bid closing time.
• Single-Stage Two-Envelope bidding through open competitive method; evaluation based on least cost method.
• Online bids submitted without scanned copy of earnest money or without required original documents will not be accepted.
