PIA Invitation to Bid — Hiring Hotel Services for Cabin & Cockpit Crew (Faisalabad, Lahore)

Pakistan International Airlines Company Limited (PIACL) invites sealed bids for hiring hotel services for its cabin crew, cockpit crew and aircraft engineers at Faisalabad and Lahore. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appear on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List.

Key instructions:

• Bid documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, can be downloaded from the PIACL website and PPRA/e-PA DS portal. Bidders must register on the PPRA e-PADS to access documents and submit bids electronically.
• Bid submission is electronic only through e-PADS. Manual submission without e-PADS electronic bid is NOT allowed.
• Price of bidding documents: PKR 15,000 (non-refundable) per tender.
• Original Pay Order for Tender Fee & Bid Security must be submitted with the hard copy of the Technical Proposal addressed to GM Contract Management, Supply Chain Management Department, PIA Head Office, Karachi, as per instructions in the bidding documents.
• Bids must be submitted through ePADS on or before 2026-07-06 at 10:30 Hrs (PST). Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 Hrs via ePADS.
• PIA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel the tender at any stage in line with PPRA rules.
