Issuer: Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd. (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways (State-owned Enterprise). REDAMCO invites sealed tenders from registered firms/vendors (registered for Income Tax & Sales Tax and listed on the Active Taxpayers List) for exclusive selling rights on the Pakistan Railway network for a period of three (03) years.

How to apply and key requirements:
- Eligible bidders: Firms/vendors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL).
- Bid documents and detailed terms & conditions: Download from REDAMCO website (www.redamco.com) or obtain from REDAMCO marketing office during working hours.
- Submission: Sealed Technical & Financial bids to be submitted to the Manager Marketing at REDAMCO along with a non-refundable bid processing fee of Rs. 200,000 (in the shape of Bank Draft / Pay Order / CDR) in favor of Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd. Specified bid security as above must be provided; bids without the required bid security will be rejected.
Procurement procedure and conditions:
- Competitive Bidding (Single Stage - Single Envelope) under Public Procurement Rules 2004 (amended to date).
- REDAMCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance without incurring liability, as per PPRA Rules.
- Bidders must quote their best and final price inclusive of all applicable taxes. REDAMCO will not be responsible for any costs incurred in preparation or delivery of bids.
