NAVTTC Expression of Interest — High-Tech IT Training Partners (PM Youth Skill Development Program Batch-III)

National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Islamabad invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible training partners to deliver a Free High-Tech IT Training Programme with international certifications under the Prime Minister's Youth Skill Development Program (PMYSDP) Batch-III.

Purpose: Select qualified IT training institutes, software houses, academies or vendor partners to deliver international certification training across multiple high-tech IT trades. Only eligible and satisfactorily performing partners will be considered.

Key trades (examples from the EOI; total 24 trades):

Eligibility & key conditions:

• IT institutes, software houses and academies/institutes as principal or vendor partners are eligible. Joint ventures (JVs) are not allowed.
• Institute preference: IT institutes / software houses. Only NAVTTC registered institutes will be entertained.
• Provision of CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory for training delivery.
• Institutes that did not perform satisfactorily in International Certifications (Batch II) will not be entertained.
