National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible training partners to deliver a Free High-Tech IT training programme with international certifications under the Prime Minister’s Youth Skill Development Program (PMYSDP) Batch-III.

Eligibility & key requirements:
- NAVTTC invites IT institutes, software houses and academies that can provide international certifications and trainings in Pakistan.
- No joint ventures (JVs) are allowed. Principal / Vendor partner (academies/institutes) only.
- Institutes/software houses with CCTV cameras and IP link provision are mandatory.
- Only NAVTTC-registered institutes will be entertained. Institutes that have not performed satisfactorily in prior international certification batches will not be considered.
