FESCO Faisalabad Tender Notice — Computer Stationery, Printers, Toners & Paper (Closing 2026-06-07)

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites e-bids (Single Stage - One Envelope) from eligible local suppliers for the supply of computer stationery, toners, printer maintenance kits, ribbons and related media items. Firms must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) and registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. Re-manufactured, refurbished or refilled products are not acceptable. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or authorized dealer with a valid Manufacturer Authorization Letter (M.A.L.) may be required for specified items.

Bidding documents and submission are through the e-procurement portal EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Electronic bids must be submitted on or before 2026-06-07 by 11:00 AM; e-bids will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day at the office of the Director (Material Management), FESCO Old Thermal Plant, Abdullahpur, Faisalabad.
