NPPMCL EOI for Appointment of Statutory (External) Auditors (3-year)

The National Power Parks Management Company (NPPMCL) invites Expressions of Interest from reputed Chartered Accountant firms for appointment as Statutory (External) Auditors for a three-year engagement commencing FY 2026-2027. Selection will follow the Quality and Cost Based Selection method under the Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations, 2010; RFPs will be issued only to shortlisted firms.

Key eligibility includes valid sales tax and income tax registration, qualification under section 247(a) of the Companies Act 2017, entitlement under the Audit Oversight Board Regulations 2018, minimum 20 years' practice with satisfactory ICAP QCR rating, specified experience auditing listed, public sector and energy-sector companies, and minimum staffing requirements (at least 15 chartered accountants and eight partners by 31 December 2025).
